The role will involve assisting in the planning and facilitation of sessions, engaging with children, young people, and families, and ensuring a safe and inclusive environment. Responsibilities
* Manage youth club, setting up activities and maintaining engagement with the children.
* Follow Safeguarding procedures.
Skills and Qualifications
* Experience working with children, young people, or families in a community setting.
* Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different programmes and age groups.
* Experience working in early years, youth work, or community-based programmes.
* Safeguarding and child protection procedures.
* Relevant qualification (or working towards one) in childcare, youth work, health and social care, or a related field.
Job Details
Location: 8 Ardboe Road, Cookstown, Co Tyrone. Salary: £13.00 per hour. Contract Type: Permanent. Working hours: 3 per week, Friday evenings 5:15pm - 8:15pm. Closing date: 07 Nov 2025.
