As Director of Operations, you will be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and strategic alignment across the business. This role involves setting goals, leading high-performing teams, developing new systems and processes, and liaising with the Board and corporate partners to drive growth and performance across all branches.

Your responsibilities will include
Strategic Leadership & Management
* Report directly to the Managing Director, Head of People, and the Board.
* Lead the Senior Management Team and facilitate structured monthly meetings.
* Attend and actively contribute to board meetings with updates on key operational figures and performance metrics.
* Set, record, and regularly review lettings and property management goals/targets in alignment with strategic objectives.
People Leadership & Performance Management
* Provide line management for the Senior Management Team.
* Conduct monthly 1:1s and deliver annual appraisals for direct reports.
* Oversee high-level recruitment processes across the business.
* Visit company branches monthly (and additionally, as required) to maintain alignment and team cohesion.
Operational Development & Delivery
* Scope, develop, and implement new operational processes and systems to enhance business efficiency.
* Lead or support the rollout of new internal processes across departments.
* Facilitate and oversee internal company projects from initiation to execution.
* Ensure cross-functional alignment and support seamless interdepartmental operations.
Client Relationship Management
* Act as the key contact for corporate clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring delivery on expectations.
* Represent loc8me externally to promote partnerships and business opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills
* Proven experience in senior operational leadership roles, preferably within property, lettings, or a related service sector.
* Strong leadership and people management capabilities with experience managing multi-functional teams.
* Track record of successfully implementing operational systems and driving business performance.
* High-level communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Comfortable working at board level and presenting business-critical updates.

* Hours of work: 40 hours per week
* Competitive Salary: Dependent on Experience
* Driving licence required and personal car preferred
