We are looking for an experienced and talented Night Receptionistto join our fantastic venue.

The Role:
As a Night Manager, your role will include:
9. Act as the primary point of contact for guests and staff during night hours.
10. Supervise and support night staff including front desk agents, porters, and security.
11. Oversee night audit procedures, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and daily reconciliation.
12. Manage and resolve guest complaints or emergencies promptly and professionally.
13. Monitor hotel security, conduct regular property walks, and liaise with external emergency services if required.
14. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address any overnight issues or prepare for the next day.
15. Ensure all policies and procedures are followed, including health, safety, and confidentiality protocols.
16. Prepare and deliver a nightly handover report for senior management.
The Person:
The ideal candidate will have:
17. Previous experience in a front office or supervisory role in a luxury hotel environment.
18. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
19. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
20. Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Maestro, or similar).
21. Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations calmly.
22. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
23. First Aid certification and/or security training is a plus
