We are seeking an experienced Head of Housing to lead on Housing Management and Estate Services teams on a contract basis for 3 months. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for delivering excellent, customer-focused housing services and ensuring that neighbourhoods are safe, well-maintained, and thriving places to live.
You will oversee all aspects of housing management, tenancy sustainment, rent and income collection, estate services, and community engagement. Working closely with senior colleagues, partners, and residents, you will shape and implement strategies that enhance service delivery, drive continuous improvement, and promote inclusive, high-quality homes and environments.
Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and operational management across Housing Management and Estate Services functions.

Ensure high standards of tenancy management, customer service, and resident engagement.

Lead on the delivery of safe, clean, and well-maintained estates.

You will be a proven housing professional with significant experience in leading high-performing housing management and estate services teams. Strategic and people-focused, you will combine strong operational understanding with the ability to inspire and influence others.
