Who will you be helping to make life better for?
We are expanding and seeking care assistants with complex experience and a passion for care. Trust and communication skills are vital. You will provide complex care and support to clients in their own homes, focusing on enhancing their quality of life.
Your role will include:
* Experience working with LD/Autism
* Supporting clients to build confidence and independence, including routines and managing daily tasks. Assisting with shopping, meeting the needs of clients' children, and supporting access to parenting groups, alongside external healthcare professionals and family members.
* Driver's license preferred for community access support.
