I am lookiong for an expereinced EC&I Engineer, this is a full-time role (37 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with a salary up to around £59,000 depending on experience. The working pattern is usually Monday–Thursday in the office (8:00–17:00) and a half-day working from home on Fridays. The position involves working on automated systems across a range of industrial and safety-critical environments. You’d be leading on electrical control system design, while also supporting installation, commissioning, and ongoing performance. You’d be working closely with project teams, mechanical engineers, and clients, getting involved across the full project lifecycle - from design through to delivery and support. Key parts of the role include: * Designing electrical control systems and producing technical documentation * Carrying out site surveys and supporting system improvements * Troubleshooting and fault-finding * Ensuring compliance with relevant safety standards * Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders They’re looking for someone with a background in electrical engineering (NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND or similar), experience with automated or electro-mechanical systems, and strong knowledge of control systems and fault finding. Experience with things like PLCs, safety systems, or working in regulated environments would be a bonus
