M&E Site Supervisor / Site Manager / Junior Project Manager
Location: West Malling, Kent
Start: Immediate (within 2–3 weeks)
Salary: £280–£340 per day

A growing M&E building services contractor is looking to appoint an M&E Site Supervisor / Site Manager / Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of a new project in West Malling, Kent.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a mechanical or plumbing background who is looking to develop their career into site management or project management within the M&E sector.
The role will involve supporting the Project Manager with the day-to-day coordination of mechanical and electrical works on site, ensuring quality, programme and documentation requirements are met.
Responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing day-to-day M&E activities on site
* Carrying out site quality inspections and checks
* Reviewing drawings and ensuring setting out is correct
* Identifying and helping resolve site-based issues
* Ensuring daily site paperwork and records are completed
* Assisting with ordering materials when required
* Preparing and issuing commissioning and completion documentation
* Coordinating with subcontractors and supporting the Project Manager
About you:
* Mechanical or plumbing background preferred (electrical knowledge beneficial but not essential)
* Experience working on M&E or building services projects
* Some site supervision or coordination experience would be advantageous
* Comfortable reading drawings and technical information
* Organised and proactive with good communication skills
* Keen to progress within the M&E industry
The successful candidate will be overseeing both mechanical and electrical packages, working closely with an electrically biased Project Manager already assigned to the project.
This role would suit someone currently working as a Mechanical Supervisor, M&E Supervisor, Site Supervisor, or an ambitious engineer looking to step into a Junior Project Manager role.
Start date: Ideally within the next 2–3 weeks, although earlier starts would be welcomed.
