As our new Health Data Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in helping Compass deliver life-changing services by transforming health data into actionable insight. Working in a small but influential Data Insights and Intelligence team, you’ll support our services and stakeholders with robust data analysis, insightful reporting, and meaningful interpretation that drives real-world impact for children, young people and families.
You’ll lead on the capture, management, and analysis of health data from a wide range of sources, ensuring it is accurate, accessible, and supports evidence-based decision making.
Your work will underpin everything from strategic planning to mandatory health reporting including submissions like the National Child Measurement Programme (NCMP) and National Drug Treatment Monitoring System (NDTMS). You’ll use tools such as Power BI, SQL, Excel and Python to deliver high-quality dashboards and reports, helping both internal teams and external partners understand the story behind the numbers.
You'll also ensure data governance, security and quality standards are upheld at every step, championing the principles of privacy and integrity across all our systems. Whether collaborating with NHS commissioners, supporting service teams or communicating technical findings in an accessible way, your insight will be valued and your voice heard.
