The Role:
Our Assistant Stylists are essential to the success of our Pets Grooming salons. You will deliver the highest standard of pet care, demonstrating basic technical skills in preparing and clipping dogs for grooming, including handling techniques, equipment use, and pre-grooming preparation.
We will provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver service aligned with our goal of being the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'. We’re seeking individuals who are:
* Passionate about delivering excellent service.
* Flexible, with the ability to work a shift pattern across the week, including busy periods, absences, and holidays. A minimum contract is provided, but additional hours may be required.
* Experience working with or handling dogs in a professional grooming or pet care environment is desirable but not essential. Please note that bathing and prepping your own dog does not qualify as professional experience.
* Preferably experienced in a target-driven environment, but this is not mandatory.
