We are seeking a compassionate and motivated band 2 Healthcare Support Worker to join our Older Peoples Medicine team on Dunston Ward. This is a rewarding opportunity to support the delivery of high‑quality, person‑centred care for older adults with a range of complex physical, cognitive, and social needs.
Responsibilities
Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting patients, service users, and their families across a range of care settings. You will work with all members of the multidisciplinary team to contribute to the provision of the highest standards of patient care delivered with dignity, respect and compassion.
