Data and Reporting Admin - hybrid 1

£28,000 - £30,000 per annum Reading, Berkshire

Permanent, full-time

Pay: £28,000.00 - £30,000.00 per year

Job description:

PLS NOTE YOU MUST LIVE NEAR READING, BERKSHIRE AS IT IS 3 DAYS OFFICE NOT FULLY REMOTE.

Salary Band £28k- £30k plus bonus scheme upto 10% of salary

Hybrid/Reading Office/On site Hours 7.30am – 16.30 Mon – Fri for Full time, 24 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Key Accountabilities

This role is Excel heavy, and the work has a high content of reporting and spreadsheets, therefore you must be happy to work in a heads down, quieter environment, working with data and reporting as a large part of your job.

Improve contract design manager’s ability to deliver projects on programme, with correct information, and a quality product outcome, within budgets.

Help Operations team with project and workflow programming, document control and reporting.

Carefully monitor the status of all project programmes and provide correct and timely information and support.

Hybrid/Reading Office/On site

Provide administrative support to the team and management including but not limited to, updating the trackers, CRM, Critical themes and software licences.

Assist with Quality tasks

Monitoring of Project Procurement & Manufacture Schedules

Monitor and chase orders through with purchasing team/suppliers to ensure project programme achieved and all orders fulfilled correctly so no manufacturing issues.

Work with and help the Contract Design Managers and Operational Team to keep an up-to-date programme on all projects.

Update spreadsheet trackers using your advanced Excel

Assisting procurement team with production releases and production trackers.
