An Innovative Electronics Manufacturer based in Warwickshire are looking for a Production Supervisor with a manufacturing background to join the team. As Production Supervisor you will lead the production and testing of power‑electronics systems, ensuring every unit meets specification, follows defined processes, and is fully documented. Alongside hands‑on assembly and test work, you'll manage a small team of technicians, introduce and refine production processes, plan and communicate build schedules, and drive continuous improvements in efficiency and quality. This role will involve hands on production for 75% of the time including mechanical assembly, wiring and loom assembly.
