This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to start their career in IT. You will gain hands:on experience supporting and developing IT infrastructure while also contributing to data analytics and reporting within the business.
Working as part of a collaborative IT team, youll build a broad understanding of systems, networks, and business processes, while developing your technical and problem:solving skills.
Responsibilities :
Support the IT team in maintaining and improving IT infrastructure and systems Assist with IT support queries via the helpdesk, ensuring timely resolution of issues Help monitor system performance and escalate issues where necessary Contribute to IT projects and system improvements Support the implementation and use of data analytics tools and reporting Work closely with colleagues across the business to understand and support their IT needs Assist in maintaining IT security standards and following company policies Liaise with external suppliers and support partners where required Keep accurate records of support requests and updates Take part in training and development to build technical knowledge Contribute to a positive, team:focused working environment
Essential:
Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Studies, or a related field Strong interest in IT infrastructure, systems, and data analytics Good problem:solving skills and willingness to learn Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Desirable:
Basic understanding of networks, hardware, or IT systems Awareness of technologies such as cloud systems or reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) Any internship, placement, or project experience in IT

Location: Redditch (on:site, full:time) Occasional travel to other company sites is required : a full UK driving licence is essential This role is well suited to a local graduate looking to build a long:term career in IT
