We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to lead strategic and operational sales and business development activities in the South West Region, primarily Bristol and surrounding areas.
Your responsibilities will include driving sales growth, originating new opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships to enhance market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Originate new business opportunities with prospective clients in the region.
* Research and identify target clients to develop and convert sales pipeline.
* Manage and drive the sales process to convert prospects into clients.
* Meet regularly with prospects to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities.
* Collaborate with regional teams to develop tailored proposals.
* Manage sales data, including KPIs, conversion rates, and pipeline information.
* Implement regional strategies to achieve business objectives.
