Working in the mix plant means you will be part of the team that provides production with the right product in the right quantities at the right time. This will involve you operating an automated SCADA controlled ice cream mixing plant so as to meet production deadlines.
You must have a proven track record of monitoring and controlling process systems and machinery, ideally within the food manufacturing sector, but we will also consider candidates with a chemical / manufacturing background with experience of bulk blending processing, in order to optimise output and meet quality, cost and volume targets. Additionally the role will also involve some manual handling and lifting of ingredients
You will need to demonstrate a flexible approach to rotational shift working and a successful track record of working under pressure within a manufacturing environment; you will be looking for an opportunity to further develop your talents and career by moving into this challenging role.
