Responsibilities:
* Lead from the front, whilst making sure the bar is fully operational.
* Manage, motivate, train and coach the bar team.
* Budget control, while making the ROTAS and manage the inventory (wet stock).
* Get involved in building a team and monitor their performance.
* Keep the high standards levels and brief the team on a regular basis.

* Previous experience as a Bar Manager in a fast-paced environment.
* Leadership skills that come naturally.
* Excellent knowledge of beverage products.
