About the Role Academics are working closely with a fantastic Primary School in Westminster who are seeking a Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their Nursery team, supporting children with a range of Special Educational Needs. In this role, you will: Work 1:1 or in small groups with children identified as having Special Educational Needs, including speech and language delays, autism spectrum condition (ASC), and social, emotional or communication difficulties. Implement individual learning plans (ILPs) and work closely with the SENDCo, class teacher, and external specialists (e.g. speech and language therapists or educational psychologists). Adapt learning materials and activities to make lessons accessible and engaging for all pupils. Encourage independence, resilience, and confidence in every child you support. This position will see you become an integral part of a warm, supportive EYFS team who share a commitment to inclusive education and child-centred practice
