Key responsibilities include:
* Medication administration and care planning
* Providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support to residents
* Maintaining safeguarding principles
* Taking responsibility as Nurse in Charge
* Team management and shift planning
* Infection prevention and control
* Liaising with GPs and multidisciplinary teams
* Upholding clinical governance standards
About you:
Demonstrate compassion, dedication, and commitment to enhancing residents' quality of life. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential, along with a desire to learn and develop your clinical skills. Essential requirements:
* A recognized Nursing qualification by the UK NMC
* Valid UK NMC PIN and registration as RGN, RNLD, or RMN
* Ability to perform physical tasks such as assisting with mobility
