As a Customer Fulfilment Coordinator based in Ripon, you’ll be responsible for:
1. Supporting our valued customers by processing orders over the phone, email and online customer portals
2. Liaising with other teams and our internal branch network to check stock and delivery timelines
3. Answering general queries
4. Building a great rapport with internal and external stakeholders
This is a Fixed Term Contract for 1 year hybrid role (3 days in the office and 2 at home) working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday - and Saturday morning on a rota basis -
