You will work in high-performing teams serving our clients both in the office and off-site at client premises.
The opportunity

We assemble the right multidisciplinary teams to address complex issues, using proven global methodologies and high-quality auditing tools. We tailor our services with deep sector and subject matter knowledge, supported by insights from our worldwide work.
Your key responsibilities
* Manage client relationships and develop your client portfolio.
* Gather feedback on our work quality and seek ideas for service improvements.
* Manage and coach audit teams effectively, actively developing team members.
* Participate in staff recruitment processes.
* Plan and manage your own performance and professional development.
* Develop technical expertise in relevant functional and industry areas.
* Plan and execute assignments ensuring compliance with all technical requirements.
* Conduct final technical reviews and raise issues with partners.
* Review and approve financial statements, opinions, and reports for clients.
* Ensure management letters are constructive and demonstrate the firm's interest in the client's business.
* Consult with experts on complex issues.
Additionally, you'll handle various assignments including pre-audit preparations, monitoring audit progress, ensuring proper allocation of work, reviewing work papers, managing billing procedures, and preparing final accounts and reports.
To qualify for the role, you must have
* A proven track record of outstanding performance.
* Experience working with large or multinational clients.
* A commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.
* Qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA).
* At least 3 years relevant post-qualification experience, including experience as an audit manager or similar.
* Ability and willingness to work on challenging, complex projects.
* Experience with IFRS and UK GAAP.
* Project and team management skills.
* High technical knowledge.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
