Key Responsibilities
8. Provide warm, attentive service across restaurant, bar and lounge areas
9. Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate clearly with the kitchen
10. Serve dishes and beverages to the required standards of timing and presentation
11. Set up, clear and reset tables efficiently to support smooth service
12. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all service areas
13. Offer confident menu knowledge and assist guests with queries or recommendations
14. Process payments accurately and follow company procedures
15. Support Food & Beverage operations across breakfast, lunch, dinner, events and bar service
16. Follow food safety, allergen and health & safety procedures at all times
