Workshop Controller - Yeovil
- £40,000 OTE (flexible depending on experience)
- Full Time
- Full UK Driving Licence Required
- MUST have previous experience
The Role
* Control and allocate workshop jobs to maximise productivity and efficiency
* Monitor repair progress and keep the Service team updated throughout the day
* Carry out quality control checks and final vehicle inspections
* Support technicians with workshop workflow and daily organisation
* Ensure all work is completed in line with manufacturer, warranty and health & safety standards
* Help maintain a clean, safe and professional workshop environment
* Assist with improving workshop performance and customer satisfaction
What Were Looking For
* Previous experience as a Workshop Controller, is required to be considered
* NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Confident communicator who can work well under pressure
* IT literate with a customer-focused approach
* Full UK driving licence
