The role
We’re looking for a highly organised Junior Talent Acquisition Consultant to support hiring activity for a leading international engineering technology company.
You'll be responsible for managing the early life cycle of recruiting, including sifting applicant CV's, sourcing candidates, conducting assessment calls and sharing detailed notes via the ATS.

* Strong Communication and Interviewing skills
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Proficiency with recruitment software and tools
* Previous experience in a remote work environment is a plus
