At just 4 years old weve been scaling very quickly andare trading on bestinclass KPIs.
Were looking fora Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team this rolereports into the Customer Service Manager. This is a hybrid workingrole between home and our London office. Our customer service teamoperates 7 days a week including some bank holidays andoccasionally have launch activity or peak periods where we workoutside of normal business hours.
This role isfor 30 hours working WednesdaySaturday with the potential forflexibility amongst the teamrota.
Tasks
Dayto day:
* Provide thehighest standards of service to our customers in a professional andtimely manner utilising the brand tone of voice driving engagementand providing support to ourcustomers.
* Responding to product and servicereviews across our own and 3rd party platforms includinginvestigating providing feedback and solutions whereneeded.
* As part of the wider customer serviceteam you will also be responding to customers across our contactchannels including email social media and onlinechat.
* Delivering the best service with highfirsttime resolution responding to customers in an informative andcaring way.
* Working closely with the CustomerService Management team you will look at ways that our website FAQsand help centre can be improved so that customers can selfserve andget the answers they need 24/7 from ourwebsite.
* Liaising with the wider TALA team whenneeded to obtain answers to customer questions or provide feedbackon our products acting as the voice of the customer within thecompany.
* Working with our fulfilment partner oncourier related issues or delays in despatching customersorders.
* Processing customer returns maintainingaccuracy and good communication.
* As part of thewider Customer Service & Operations team at busy periodsyou may be asked to support tasks outside of your normalrole.
Requirements
Youwill bring:
* Previouscustomer service experience focusing on written communications(email chat etc)
* Experience responding andmoderating across social media channels.
* Goodall round IT skills as working across multiple (some bespoke)platforms.
* The sort of personality who thrivesin a fastmoving quickly changing atmosphere.
* Passionate about the customer keeping them atthe heart of everything we do.
* High levels ofcomputer literacy.
* Ability to problem solve andthink quickly and creatively to find solutions for ourcustomers.
* Strong time and task managementskills.
* (Preferably) Previous experienceworking in an online retailer using a recognised customer serviceplatform
