1. Lead the development and implementation of a robust in-house finance service, including procurement, and performance management and reporting systems, including policies.
2. Lead and motivate the business’ finance team to deliver both strategic and operationally effective services, ensuring the team has an ethos of continuous improvement and is effectively managed.
3. Oversee the delivery of all aspects of financial services within the business, including transactional finance, monthly reporting, cash flow planning, banking, VAT, and other tax accounting.
4. Play an integral role in business planning, through contributing to the formation, management, and delivery of business plans and financial performance of thepany.
5. Provide accurate reporting and analysis of financial performance of thepany, supporting the identifying of opportunities for innovation and potential cost-saving.
6. Oversee the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy.
7. Ensure the timely production of annual statutory accounts and interim accounts.
8. Work closely with the executive team to develop and establish thepany’s strategy, acting as a strategic advisor to the executive team and Board with regard to financial insight.
