Estate Agency Valuer Location: Lower Earley, Reading Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 basic, OTE £50,000 – £60,000 Hours: Full time, Saturdays one in three The opportunity A well established and respected estate agency based in Lower Earley, Reading is looking to recruit an ambitious and driven Estate Agency Valuer to join their sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident valuer who enjoys winning new business, building relationships, and converting valuations into instructions. You will play a key role in driving growth for the branch and representing the business within the local market. The role As a Valuer, you will be responsible for generating new opportunities, carrying out valuations and listings, and negotiating offers between vendors and buyers. This is a front facing, target driven role that suits someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service. Key responsibilities Identifying and maximising new business opportunities Carrying out property valuations and winning instructions Booking and conducting property viewings Delivering exceptional customer service both over the phone and face to face Working towards and achieving personal and branch targets Negotiating and agreeing offers between vendors and buyers Representing the business professionally at all times Building and maintaining strong relationships with local property owners and investors About you To succeed in this role, you will be ambitious, hardworking, and target driven, with a genuine passion for property and people.
