HR Advisor South Wales - On site Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE A well-established organisation in South Wales is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional to take ownership of a varied generalist role, working closely with the HR Manager. You'll play a key role in delivering day-to-day HR operations, providing advice on people-related matters, and ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied fairly and consistently. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues. Support and advise on employee relations matters including absence, performance, disciplinary, and grievance processes. Assist with recruitment campaigns, onboarding, and induction processes. Provide guidance on learning and development initiatives and coordinate training activities. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that support employee engagement, wellbeing, and organisational culture.
