About the Role:
We are seeking a committed and passionate Year 3 teacher to lead an engaging and dynamic classroom. You will play a key role in nurturing both academic and personal growth, helping our pupils thrive in a friendly, inclusive environment.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver stimulating lessons that spark curiosity and critical thinking.
Support each child’s individual development, tailoring learning to their needs and interests.
Work closely with colleagues to create cross-curricular projects and innovative learning experiences.
Foster a positive classroom culture where pupils feel safe, valued, and confident to explore new ideas.
Engage actively with parents and the wider community to support children’s learning journeys.
Who We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3.
A creative, adaptable approach to teaching with a strong focus on pupil wellbeing.
Passion for inclusive education and developing the whole child.
Team-oriented, collaborative, and eager to contribute to a vibrant school community.
