This isn’t just trafficking ads and ticking boxes. You’ll be hands-on with paid social and paid search across a mix of platforms, pulling the levers on budgets, optimisation, reporting and performance and actually seeing the impact of your work. You’ll have the support of experienced managers, but also the freedom to own accounts, contribute to pitches, and be the go-to for your clients when it comes to smart thinking and strong results.
You’ll be someone who:
* Has around a year’s experience managing paid campaigns (social or search).
* Loves diving into data, spotting trends and making clever optimisation decisions.
* Enjoys talking to clients, presenting insights and helping them understand what good looks like.
* Is curious, commercially minded and keen to keep learning in a progressive, forward-thinking agency.
* Understands performance goals and knows how to drive them.
