* Manage a team of 2
* Site based responsible for all aspects of HR for approx 400 employees
* Partner with leadership teams to drive HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
* Support talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the organisation attracts and retains top talent.
* Develop and implement policies to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
* Analyse HR data to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.
* Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career progression.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all HR practices.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to manage organisational change effectively.

A successful HRBP should have:
