Our client is looking to appoint a Paid Media Campaign Coordinator to join their in-house marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in paid media who is ready to take more ownership of campaign delivery and performance optimisation in a collaborative, data-driven environment.
As a Paid Media Campaign Coordinator, you will work across multiple platforms to support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of digital advertising campaigns aligned with wider business objectives. You will join a marketing team that values insight, precision, and proactive thinking.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, Bing, and TikTok
2. Analyse campaign data and report on key performance metrics, suggesting refinements to improve ROI
3. Conduct keyword and audience research to inform targeting strategies
4. Write engaging, conversion-focused ad copy tailored to platform requirements
5. Collaborate with content, design, and broader marketing teams to ensure alignment across campaigns
6. Stay up to date with platform updates, advertising trends, and emerging tools to enhance campaign outcomes
The Ideal Paid Media Campaign Coordinator Will Have:
1. At least 2 years of experience in a paid media or digital marketing role
2. Proficiency with platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Business Manager
3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
4. Analytical skills and the ability to draw insights from campaign data
5. Excellent communication and organisational abilities
