Superior Recruitment Group has an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join a large client based in Somerset.
This position is offered as a 1-year contract.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the delivery of commercial aspects for projects, contracts, and proposals, ensuring successful commercial execution.
2. Maintain accuracy and timeliness in supporting financial timetables, internal, and client reporting requirements.
3. Maximise profitability by improving project margins against budgets.
4. Assess and manage risks, value, and variations to optimise commercial performance, utilizing risk logs and management plans.
5. Generate cost reports to support project performance, management accounting, and valuation activities.
6. Minimise company liabilities by providing contractual advice and support to project teams regarding obligations, notices, and remedies.
7. Manage valuation, application, invoicing processes, and review/subcontractor account certifications.
8. Coordinate the compilation of management accounts and forecasts.
9. Ensure adherence to commercial processes and procedures.
