Title: HR Systems Manager (iTrent essential)
Location: Multiple Office Locations across the UK.
Salary: £45,000-55,000 (negotiable)
Working Structure: Flexible Hybrid
JGA are partnering with a professional body that offers guidance, resources and professional development to it's community. They are a supportive business and team, looking to recruit a HR Systems Manager with strong iTrent systems experience.
The client have multiple UK offices and operate a 40% office based model, meaning they are a remote first organisation.
What You’ll Do:
* Utilise your iTrent skills to support with the go-live in a few months.
* Develop and utilise systems and data to drive improvements.
* Optimise processes.
* Support the HR & Payroll team as the iTrent subject matter expert.
What You’ll Need:
* iTrent HR Systems experience.
* Strong communicator.
* Experience with building and improving existing processes.
