Band 8d: £91,342 – £105,337 per annum, pro rata. Hours: Full time, 37.5 per week. Flexible working considered.
Job Overview
Milton Keynes University Hospital is seeking two senior leaders to join our operational leadership team: Associate Director of Operations (Surgery) and Assistant Director of Operations (Women’s & Children’s). Both roles report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and carry strategic and operational responsibility for the delivery of patient services within their portfolios.
Responsibilities
* Strategic and operational oversight of all patient services within the portfolio.
* Ensure highest standards of care while meeting national and local performance targets, including RTT and cancer waiting times.
* Shape the long‑term direction of the division, aligning service development with the Trust’s strategic ambitions.
* Drive service innovation and contribute to the health and wellbeing of the communities served.
* Maintain patient safety and treatment effectiveness during periods of significant growth.
