About the job
* Calling customers and informing them of dates and times of deliveries
* Answering customer calls and managing customer enquiries
* Ensuring all paperwork and emails are organised within Customer Service departmental functions
* Making sure PODs are uploaded correctly into relevant systems for customers
* Monitoring deliveries to customers ensuring deliveries are made on time
