What You Will Be Doing
* Rotate across the business, gaining vital experience in Operations, HR and Finance.
* Receive full in-house training from senior management and external tailored training.
* Rotate between departments to gain insight into all areas of the industry.
* Develop key management skills, from rostering to reporting, and implement these directly.
* Collect information and report findings back to the team.
* Receive in-house training to develop into a future leader of the business.
* Take up positions within other areas of the business, which may involve relocation around the UK.
The Ideal Graduate Business Management Scheme Candidate
* On course for or have gained a minimum of a2:1 in a business or management related degree.
* For candidates who have studied, or are studying other disciplines and have a real interest in business and the care sector, please do apply.
