An exciting opportunity is available for a proactive and experienced individual to join the vibrant retail environment of Bicester as a Keyholder, representing a variety of prestigious fashion, beauty, and accessories brands. This role offers a fantastic chance to work within luxury retail.
The Role:
* Greeting and assisting customers with enthusiasm and providing excellent service.
* Driving sales by effectively upselling and cross-selling products.
* Sharing your product knowledge and offering valuable style advice to customers.
* Ensuring the store maintains an immaculate and inviting appearance.
* Supporting transactions at the cash desk and efficiently managing the wrapping area.
* Assisting with stockroom organization and the processing of deliveries.
* Responsibility for opening and closing the store according to established procedures.
About You:
* Previous retail experience is essential.
* A genuine interest in fashion, beauty, and/or accessories.
* A proven ability to engage with customers and achieve sales targets.
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Trustworthy, reliable, and able to work independently.
