Marketing Coordinator – Media & Entertainment

The Opportunity
Sitting within the London-based EMEA Advertising team, you'll play a key role in providing admin support to the team - From experiential events and screenings, to client gifting and digital newsletters, this role is all about organisation coordination, creativity, and precision.
You'll report to a Senior Manager and work closely with sales, partnerships, and creative colleagues to ensure projects run smoothly and brand integrity is safeguarded at all times.
Key Responsibilities
* Support delivery of high-impact B2B initiatives including events, screenings, activations, and gifting.
* Act as the approvals lead for concepts, liaising with relevant internal teams.
* Maintain marketing and events materials as a central point of excellence.
* Support sales & partnerships with pitch materials and NDAs.
* Manage budgets including raising POs and processing invoices.
* Coordinate monthly newsletters for internal and external audiences.
* Maintain external-facing content such as case studies and advertising collateral.
* Document all publicly released content for ongoing marketing use.
* Ensure all activity protects and elevates brand integrity.
About You
* 6 months + Work experience/internship in a large organisation
* Interest/experience in marketing and the media
* Exceptionally organised with sharp attention to detail.
* Confident juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Creative and solutions-focused, with strong problem-solving skills.
* Effective communicator, able to work across teams and stakeholders.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
* Experience in events or marketing campaign delivery is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with media, advertising, or entertainment industries is a plus.
