Job Overview
Nuco Solutions are seeking a Communal Services Cleaner to work with their client in Bracknell and surrounding areas, specifically for someone with experience in a Social Housing or similar cleaning role. A van and fuel card is provided with this role.
Responsibilities
* Keep communal areas clean and tidy - entrances, stairwells, corridors, and bin stores.
* Sweep, vacuum, mop, and wash floors, walls, ceilings, and fixtures.
* Handle litter picking, graffiti removal, carpet cleaning, and signage tasks.
* Clean internal and external windows (using ladders when required).
* Manage your own workload efficiently to meet health & safety standards.
* Maintain cleaning materials and equipment - ensuring everything's in top condition.
* Keep accurate records of materials used, time spent, and work completed.
Requirements
* Previous experience in communal or social housing cleaning.
* Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety procedures.
* Confidence using cleaning machinery and mechanical devices.
* Full UK driving licence (essential).
* Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
