Your responsibilities will include: Leading projects across new product development, product lifecycle management, and strategic business improvement initiatives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, Commercial, and Finance. Developing project scopes, budgets, timelines, and status reports using established project management processes and systems. Managing risks, issues, and change control processes effectively to ensure project success. Driving continuous improvement and implementing lessons learned across projects. Supporting portfolio management and contributing to company-wide initiatives. Presenting at internal and external meetings, ensuring clear and effective stakeholder communication. The Person: To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following essential criteria: A relevant third-level qualification, preferably with a strong scientific focus. At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Excellent influencing and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional matrix teams effectively. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to identify risks and implement solutions to maintain project timelines and budgets. Proficiency in using project management tools and processes. A results-driven mindset with the ability to drive change at all levels to accelerate project plans. Desirable Criteria: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or related regulated industry. Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory guidelines.
