Office Support Administrator - Full Time
Location: West Hull
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Pay: £12.71 per hour
The Role
As an Office Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries with confidence and professionalism, while also supporting administrative and billing‑related processes.
This is a varied and hands‑on role that would suit someone organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a busy inbox and responding to customer queries by email and phone
* Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner
* Updating customer records and processing administrative documentation
* Supporting billing and invoicing processes (billing experience beneficial but not essential)
* Chasing information, paperwork, or outstanding queries as required
* Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
* General office administration including data entry, filing, and reporting
About You
* Have previous customer service experience (essential)
* Be confident communicating with customers in a professional manner
* Have strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
* Be comfortable working in an office‑based, fast‑paced environment
* Have good IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems
* Have billing or accounts experience (beneficial but not essential)
Working Pattern
Full‑time, office‑based role
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Based in West Hull, with free parking available
