We are keen to speak with individuals who work on a consultancy/day rate basis The Role As Operations Director/Responsible Individual I, you will: * Provide strong, consistent leadership to Responsible Individuals and Registered Managers. * Oversee compliance, safeguarding, quality, and performance across all homes. * Lead Ofsted preparation, inspections, and post-inspection responses driving ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ outcomes. * Develop and embed quality assurance frameworks and continuous improvement practices. * Work collaboratively with Local Authorities, safeguarding partners, and external agencies. * Ensure children’s welfare, voice, and development remain central to every aspect of service delivery. * Maintain operational oversight through regular visits, audits, and visible leadership.
