The Village Clinic is a family-run Physiotherapy, Podiatry, and Sports Injury Clinic dedicated to providing patients with effective and timely care. Role Description
This part-time role and is based on-site at our Bishops Cleeve clinic. The Receptionist / Administrator will handle day-to-day tasks such as answering phone calls / emails, managing appointments, greeting patients, and maintaining accurate records. Additional responsibilities include clerical tasks and providing friendly and efficient support to both patients and the clinical team.
Hours
Approximately 20 hours a week over a Monday, Wednesday and Friday plus cover shifts on occasions
Experience and Skills required
* Welcoming visitors and managing reception duties
* Answering and directing phone calls and emails
* Managing our patient clinical notes system
* Handling basic administrative tasks such payments, stock management
* Supporting the clinicians with administration, basic IT support and reports
