Provide professional and friendly customer service via phone, email and live chat. Guide customers on fabric choices, quantities and product options. Process orders, sample requests and made to measure enquiries. Keep customers updated on order progress and delivery times. Liaise with suppliers to chase orders and resolve queries. Work closely with courier services to manage deliveries. Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism. Ensure all systems, processes and payments are handled accurately.
