1. Basic Salary Up to £30,000 with an OTE of £34,000

3. Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:30, Saturdays on a 1 in 2 rota 08:30 – 12:30
Our Client a large automotive dealership group covering over 10 sites and over 6 well established automotive brands, are currently seeking a Service Advisor for their Fantastic Team.
Our Client is seeking applications from Candidates with a ‘Can do attitude’ and an understanding of how to deliver customer service on the highest scale. They are seeking individuals who want to be part of a special team for the long-haul, and help ensure that the business offers a stable environment for staff and customers alike.
Our Client is happy to consider applicants with Accident Repair, Main Dealership and Independent Garage backgrounds.

Duties of a Service Advisor with our Client:
15. Taking service, repair and maintenance bookings via telephone, face to face and email contact
16. Processing bookings through the internal (Kerridge) IT system
17. Liaising with the workshop team to ensure all is in place for each booked job
18. Keeping customers informed throughout work in progress – upselling any additional work requirements
19. Presenting and upselling a range of approved products and services
20. Undertaking all related administration (including invoicing), handing over cars, and taking payments
21. Ability to meet manufacturers customer satisfaction standards.

22. Highly developed interpersonal skills and able to demonstrate experience in a customer facing role.
23. Able to plan, organise self and meet agreed work deadlines.
24. Able to assimilate information quickly and provide considered responses.
25. Strong work ethic and adaptable to change.
26. Attention to detail and maintains good, accurate quality of work.
27. PC/ Web literate.
28. Kerridge / ADP Experience is ideal
29. Full clean driving licence.
30. Retail automotive service experience preferred.
