What you'll do
* Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
* Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks
* Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you
* Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
* Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure smooth shifts
* Provide excellent customer service during every visit

* Experience leading a team in a busy, fast-paced environment
* Ability to delegate effectively and motivate your team
* Patience and a friendly manner, with the ability to stay calm under pressure
* Passion to be a key part of the Store Team
* A proactive and encouraging approach to colleague development and store operations
