An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist/Administrator to join Gordon Brown Law's busy Residential Conveyancing Administration team.

The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday) 9am to 5pm.

During your core hours you will be responsible for ensuring clients are provided a warm, courteous and professional welcome to the Firm. You will be responsible for dealing with client paperwork, original identification documents and general enquiries on the telephone and in person.

Due to the nature of the role knowledge of residential property and the conveyancing process is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided.

Key areas of responsibility include dealing professionally and diligently with all incoming telephone calls; accurately recording messages; coordinating the flow of information both internally and externally, and dealing with clients in person ensuring the correct documents are completed.

Due to the nature of the role and the need to use multiple IT packages, the responsible person should be fully au fait with all Microsoft packages including Microsoft Outlook and Word.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work effectively as a team and be able to communicate professionally at all levels across the firm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £23,809.50 per year
