Tūn Brewing Company Ltd is an award-winning, independent craft brewery that brings bold, modern beers to the UK’s evolving drinks scene. Since launching in 2024, we’ve earned a reputation for exceptional flavour, innovation, and character; producing vegan, gluten-free, small-batch beers that reflect the tastes of today’s drinkers.
As we expand our footprint across the North West and Nationwide, we are actively seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to represent our brand and spearhead our B2B growth. This role is for an SDR employed on a contractor self-employed basis with a £20 hourly fee plus commission.
You will be representing Tūn’s core lineup of premium craft beers, which currently includes:
* Archetype – A bold, modern English IPA
* Lemondrop – A refreshing Czech-style pilsner with a citrus twist
* Gem State of Mind – A juicy, tropical New England IPA. Bronze medal winner at the World Beer Awards 2025.
* Little Monster from the Id - A New Zealand session pale ale
* Daradach - A classic Irish Stout
We will be expanding our product line-up in the coming months. Our beers are sold in cans, casks and kegs. While Tūn also sells direct to consumers, this sales role is focused on the B2B market, driving growth through trade platforms like Sellar and Eebria Trade, and direct relationships with hospitality and retail accounts.
This is a fully remote role covering the United Kingdom, predominantly targeting:
* Independent pubs and bars
* Bottle shops and off-licences
* Restaurants and casual dining venues
* Specialist hospitality businesses interested in craft offerings
* Distributors/wholesalers
You’ll work directly with the CEO and Head of Sales to play a key role in introducing Tūn beers to new venues while deepening relationships with existing customers.
This role is ideal for a sales professional seeking freedom and flexibility in their work arrangements, alongside a high earning potential based on performance. You’ll be supported with leads and marketing assets, but you’ll also be expected to generate new opportunities and manage your pipeline effectively in our CRM.

Essential requirements:
* A background in B2B sales, ideally within craft beer, food & drink, or hospitality
* Confident and experienced in telesales, appointment setting and lead prospecting
* Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability
* A proactive attitude and entrepreneurial mindset
* Strong time management and self-motivation
* Telephony equipment
Desired
* Familiarity with Zoho CRM/Zoho One, Zoho Marketing Automation, Apollo and Lusha is a strong plus.
* Ability to set up lead prospecting campaigns and flows
* Previous experience in alcohol sales, with beer-related sales experience being highly desirable
* Proximity to Manchester and the ability to attend a weekly sales meeting in person
