Lead React / JavaScript Engineer (We Want a DAWG) We’re not looking for someone who just “writes code.”
We’re looking for a hunter—a lead engineer who shows up hungry, owns every challenge, and turns Figma files into lightning-fast, beautiful experiences without breaking a sweat. If you’re the type who takes initiative before anyone asks, thrives in the chaos, and refuses to ship anything less than exceptional—you’re exactly who we want.
What You’ll Own:
5. Take Figma designs and dominate them—turning concepts into polished, scalable React components
6. Push performance, speed, and responsiveness until everything runs silky smooth
7. Bake in SEO best practices so every page hits harder and ranks higher
8. Lead browser testing and unit testing to ensure nothing slips through
9. Be the powerhouse behind landing pages, product flows, and checkout experiences that convert like crazy
10. Bring relentless energy, accountability, and a “get out of my way, I got this” mentality
Required Skills (Bring the heat):
11. Mastery of TypeScript
12. Senior-level ReactJS expertise (hooks, state mgmt, patterns—you know it cold)
13. Battle-tested experience
14. Elite CSS skills—LESS, SASS, Tailwind, whatever it takes to make it perfect
Bonus Skills (That make you unstoppable):
15. E-commerce experience
16. Experience with headless CMS platforms (Sanity, Prismic, Payload, etc.)
