The post holder will be responsible for collaborating with TAS logistics and internal/external suppliers to promote effective goods movement and storage, maintain compliant records and ensure archive records support TAS regulatory reporting.
Responsibilities
* Collection and filing of Proof of delivery
* Collation, filing and archiving of Logistics paperwork
* Daily validation and update of Import Log
* Weekly Stock reconciliation
* Logistics consumable management
* Freight invoice tally and PO closure/resolution
* Monthly MSS report tally

Requirements
Essential
* 1 year\'s previous experience providing administration support in logistics
* Previous experience in the preparation and completion of import/export documentation and an understanding of trade procedures
* Educated to GCSE Level, Grades A*-C, or equivalent (including Maths & English)
* Proven experience of working in a fast-moving environment where ability to deliver is paramount
